Hello cookie monsters! If you love cookies as much as I do, it’s a recipe for you! Easy, healthy and all vegan high-protein oatmeal cookies. They are perfect as your post-workout meal, quick snack or simply sweet treat before you go to bed.

What you need:
- 1 mashed banana
- 4 cups oats
- 4 tsp stevia
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 8 scoops any protein powder (can be vegan one)
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup ground almonds
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
Directions:
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees (162C).
- Measure each cookie out to one tablespoon. This will make approximately 40 servings.
- Bake for 20 min.
