High-protein oatmeal cookies

Hello cookie monsters! If you love cookies as much as I do, it’s a recipe for you! Easy, healthy and all vegan high-protein oatmeal cookies. They are perfect as your post-workout meal, quick snack or simply sweet treat before you go to bed.

Amazing cookies

What you need:

  • 1 mashed banana
  • 4 cups oats
  • 4 tsp stevia
  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 8 scoops any protein powder (can be vegan one)
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup ground almonds
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon

Directions:

  • Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees (162C).
  • Measure each cookie out to one tablespoon. This will make approximately 40 servings.
  • Bake for 20 min.
