Vegan peanut butter cookies

Today I would like to introduce you to my perfect vegan peanut butter cookies, crunchy and creamy at the same time. This recipe is inspired by CamAndNina – one of my favourite YouTube vegan couples that shares healthy recipes and natural beauty tips.

What you need

Mixture 1

✔️220g smooth peanut butter

✔️220g brown sugar

✔️3 spoons coconut oil (mix all together)

Combine all ingredients together.

Mixture 2

✔️120g coconut flour

✔️120g almond flour

✔️1tbs baking soda

Combine all ingredients together.

What to do

Combine both mixtures together and make it really smooth with no lumps. Finally add:

✔️3 spoons water

✔️40 g chocolate chips.

Bake for 10 min at 180C (356F).
