Have you heard of bulletproof coffee?

Recently I came across few publications and articles on how beneficial bulletproof coffee may be. It is basically the blended up mix of upgraded coffee, brain octane oil and unsalted ghee butter. That means it’s not vegan. BUT… healthy vegan fats such as coconut oil are good for you. Thus I did a small experiment and tried to come up with my new recipe for bulletproof coffee that is supposed to make you feel:

Coffee
  • energized
  • focused
  • full for hours on end

What you need:

  • 5 tablespoons organic coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • double espresso
  • dash of cinnamon

Method:

Blend all ingredients together till you get a nice foam. Drink while hot! A piece of banana bried would go perfect with this coffee.
