Easy three-ingredient Lassi

Lassi is one of the drinks I’ve discovered during my last visit in India. It’s a blend of yogurt, water, spices and sometimes, fruit. Mostly served cold, it’s extremely refreshing and can give you a lot of energy for the whole day.

  1. Love lassi – one of my favourite drinks! It reminds me of Ramadan – we drink this in the morning before we start fasting, because it fills us up and gives energy for the whole day 🙂

  2. Thanks for reminding me of Lassi, it’s been long time that I made Lassi with lots and lots of thick cream topped on it.

  3. yes this is the kind of lassi we make at home in summers all the time..the mango one isn’t really popular back home..I am always surprised at it’s popularity in the western world! This looks perfect!
