Pancakes, who doesn’t like them? Especially when they are healthy and quick to make! Omomomomomom!
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup 0% Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup egg whites
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 scoop (30 g) whey protein powder (any flavor)
- Almonds or any nuts
- Any fruit of choice (I used pomegranate)
Preparation
- Whisk egg whites and add yogurt, mix well.
- Add oats.
- Preheat skillet on medium heat and spray with cooking spray.
- Pour the batter depending and cook for a couple minutes until you see the edges turning brown and the batter on top cooking.
- Flip with a spatula and cook until browned on the underside, 1 to 2 minutes more.
- Make a mountain of pancakes, pour some yogurt all over the pancakes, add some nuts and fruits of your choice.
I usually put some Greek yogurt on top with shredded raw dark chocolate (90%) and sliced fruits. Real yum!
Bon apetite!
Oooooh this does look good!
Thanks Tim!
OOh, this mountain of pancakes looks SO good, and you know I love that they are lightened-up. Love your idea of topping them with some greek yogurt and chocolate – brilliant!
Oh yeeeeees! 🙂
I KNOW :D!!!!
This one of my favorites!
Mine as well! Totally!
Awesome!
What a great breakfast! It looks tasty.
Thank you, sweetie!
Thanks! :)*
I love those, but when I try to make them myself, they tend to fall apart, not much of a chef I guess 🙁
No, no! Add a bit more water and use the cooking spray :)! The mixture must be perfectly smooth so it does not stick to the pan :). Good luck! First time is always the most troublesome.
I LOVE pancakes!! This looks like the perfect weekend breakfast.
I’m so glad to hear that, sweetie!
That is one BIG stack of pancakes! Yums!
Oh yes!
Równie doskonale smakują z żurawiną.
Spróbuję na pewno i dziękuję :).
What a glorious mountain of pancakes! I love the oats in here and the greek yogurt sounds perfect!
