The chances are you already hear for the paleo diet. If not, the paleo diet is actually a type of diet where you eat only the whole food. Paleo diet is perfect if you want to stay healthy and fit without limiting yourself too much regarding the food choices. You will consume only the food that is rich in minerals, vitamins and proteins. You shouldn’t consume the fast-food or processed food filled with trans fat.

I know that sometimes is hard for people to stick to the diet, especially when it becomes busy at work or college. The deadlines arrive which means more work and less time for planning and preparing the healthy food. In these periods, people tend to eat different types of food, but they lean more on unhealthy choices. To prepare healthy food, you don’t need to spend much time necessarily.

In this article, I will share with you delicious and healthy Paleo salad recipes that I’m regularly using when the deadlines squeeze.
Why Follow a Paleo Diet?
The main reason for sticking to Paleo diet is keeping your body and mind healthy. If you follow the paleo diet, then you know the food consumed is only the whole food. The food that is consumed on a daily basis is lean meat, seafood, fish, fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, eggs, plant-based oils, etc. You may notice that the majority of the food from the list is filled with a complete source of proteins accompanied with minerals and vitamins. That leads to the long list of benefits of the paleo diet. Some of the most noticeable benefits are clean eating without chemicals or additives, detox benefits, more minerals like iron consumed, better satiety, weight loss, etc.
