A lot of recipes out there for the Paleo Diet are genuinely great. Yet the one thing they miss is a good Paleo drink to go with it. Sure, you can rely on the water all the time, but thatās not very interesting. We can imagine if we had to drink water all the time, we wouldnāt want to start the Paleo diet either!

Thatās why weāve come up with a couple of recipes to get your taste buds jumping. Below drink ideas are just some of the ones I know but if you looking for more inspiration there are plenty of good paleo diet books for beginners available on the market. It is also an amazing energy booster when you exercise on Paleo diet. Enjoy!
Cashew Latte with Some Pumpkin Spice
The perfect boost in the morning ā or evening ā is this cashew latte with Pumpkin. It makes for a hot, sweet paleo drink which will warm you up wherever you are. Itās dairy-free, paleo-ok and filled with enough spice to make even the deadest taste buds come alive.

Remember, when youāre putting this one together, you need to soak the cashews in water overnight, or else they wonāt work as well in the latte. Check out some other things you can do with pumpkin spice, cause the latter wonāt last forever.
Ingredients:
- 1 cp. Cashew Nuts
- 2-3 cp. Water
- 1 cp. Water
- 2 cp. Black Coffee
- 2 tsp. Pumpkin Spice
- Cinnamon (ground)
- Maple Syrup (optional)
Method:
Step 1) The First thing youāre going to want to do is to soak those cashews. Simply mix the 1 cp. Of cashews with 2-3 cp. Water and leave overnight.
Step 2) The next morning, drain the cashews of the excess water and place in a blender with 1 cp. Water. Blend until smooth. Depending on the consistency you want, add or remove water.
Step 3) Add your coffee, pumpkin spice, and maple syrup to taste.
Step 4) Add any extras you want (like cinnamon) and enjoy a healthy, great tasting cup of Pumpkin Spice Joe.
Watermelon Rush
The watermelon Rush is the kind of paleo drink you take when youāre feeling a bit drained. Made from some of the healthiest ingredients out there, itās packed with enough electrolytes and nutrients to make Gatorade blush (and thatās what plants crave!).

The Watermelon Rush is best served cold and introducing a bit of ice to recipe never hurt anyone. In fact, it could probably do a lot of good on a hot day when the ACs broken. You could also just pop the drink in the freezer and youāll end up with a Watermelon Rush Slushie style.
Ingredients:
- 1 cp. Coconut Water
- ½ a Lime
- 1 cp. Watermelon (cubed)
- Pinch of Salt
Method:
Step 1) Mix the ingredients together in a blender.
Step 2) Blend until smooth, then pour into individual cups.
Step 3) If you want the slushie version, simply place in the freezer for 3 ā 5 hours. Make sure to not place in the freezer for too long or the entire drink will become a frozen block.
Coconut Hot Chocolate
When it comes to being on the Paleo diet and looking for a little indulgence, Dark Chocolate rules all. It makes some great deserts, some brilliant appetizers, and it works great in paleo drinks. Specifically, hot chocolate. How long has it been since youāve had one of those?

Well, with this recipe youāre finally able to get back to those luxurious hot chocolate evenings wrapped up next to the first, whilst watching your favorite TV show or movie. With it being winter at the moment, itās hard to resist the temptation, right?
The recipe below will help you to get a basic, run of the mill cup of hot chocolate, yet you can easily change or add whatever you want. For instance, if you like your hot chocolate a little bit minty, simply add some peppermint extract.
Ingredients:
- 1 can Full Fat Coconut Milk
- 1.5 oz. High-Quality Dark Chocolate
- ¼ tsp. Vanilla
Method:
Step 1) Place the Coconut milk into a pan and bring it to a high temperature, but make sure that it doesnāt boil.
Step 2) mix in the chocolate slowly, allowing it to melt piece by piece. Ensure that it gets even distribution amongst the Coconut Milk.
Step 3) pour in the Vanilla Extract and stir until even.
Step 4) Add any extras you want to put in the recipe, such as Pumpkin Spice or Peppermint.
Step 5) Serve and drink.
Coconut Strawberry Infusion
Opulence never has to so good, but guilt never felt so ashamed. Youāll be feeling as good as you can with one of these Coconut Strawberry Infusions. Made from some of the best ingredients for exciting the taste buds, this sweet, luxurious paleo drink takes you to an indulgent place; luckily, that place doesnāt have to be filled with the guilt we mentioned.

This paleo-ok recipe for what is essentially a strawberry smoothie is exactly what you need after a full meal and can even be mixed in as a desert in its own right (we think).
Ingredients:
- 8 oz. Coconut Water
- 12 oz. Strawberries
- 8 oz. Crushed Ice
- ¼ cp. Fresh lime or lemon (or both!)
- Dark Chocolate
- Coconut Milk (amount is optional)
- Vanilla
Method:
Step 1) Place the Strawberries in the freezer and leave until frozen. Place the Coconut Milk in the fridge and leave until chilled.
Step 2) Once the Strawberries are ready, take them out and combine with the Coconut Water, Lime or Lemon Juice, Strawberries, and Ice. Blend until smooth and delectable looking.
Step 3) Pour into individual glasses and set to the side.
Step 4) take out your Coconut Milk from the fridge and whisk quickly until it forms a type of cream.
Step 5) add the whipped cream to the top of the drinks and then sprinkle Dark Chocolate flakes on the top.
Step 6) Enjoy.
